What is your office closing policy?
If the Gwinnett County Courthouse is closed, our office is closed. This is a pragmatic policy. For the most part, being able to assist our clients means access to a judge. If the courthouses are closed, we likely cannot effectively help our clients.
Therefore, our office is closed on weekends. It is closed on major holidays. It will also be closed on any date that the courthouse closes or delays opening due to inclement weather.
Quinde & Associates does have a 24/7 answering service for emergencies, however. If you are an existing client and experiencing a legal emergency, do not hesitate to call!
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand things happen and it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. Just call us and let us know.
If you are a prospective or existing client and you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, it may be necessary for the firm to reschedule your appointment.
